Description:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the key point of contact for brands and retailers. This role works closely with the Sales Team to take ownership of the relationship once a brand or retailer is onboarded to the platform. S/he will:
- Maintain close contact with brands and retailers and provide training to new members of the brand/retailer teams
- Proactively identify opportunities with existing businesses and act as an advisor for clients
- Be the go-to resource for any questions from brands and retailers regarding the platform and services
- Address any issues in a timely fashion
- Work with internal teams to provide feedback on platform based on interactions with clients
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success for a SaaS company
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Problem solver who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented
Nice to have:
- Experience with eCommerce companies
- Prior experience managing a team
