Customer Success Manager

Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the key point of contact for brands and retailers. This role works closely with the Sales Team to take ownership of the relationship once a brand or retailer is onboarded to the platform. S/he will:

  • Maintain close contact with brands and retailers and provide training to new members of the brand/retailer teams
  • Proactively identify opportunities with existing businesses and act as an advisor for clients
  • Be the go-to resource for any questions from brands and retailers regarding the platform and services
  • Address any issues in a timely fashion
  • Work with internal teams to provide feedback on platform based on interactions with clients

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success for a SaaS company
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Problem solver who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented

Nice to have:

  • Experience with eCommerce companies
  • Prior experience managing a team
