The Sourcing Recruiter’s focus will be to find and filter diverse talent to keep a full slate of qualified candidates for the team to interview. The SR will be responsible for both inbound, filtering, and qualifying applicants; and outbound, searching, securing interest, selling, and qualifying prospects for the roles which do not receive enough applicants.
To qualify for this role

- 3 years of successful sourcing experiences with deep skills in qualifying talent
- Proven experience in finding diverse talent and building diverse pipelines

- Ability to pitch
- International experiences
- Ability to build search strings
- Deep knowledge of LinkedIn or Similar tool, i.e. Angel List, Glassdoor, etc.
- Business maturity to partner with managers at all levels of the company, including the C-Suite.
