Graphic designer

Responsibilities:

  • Researches and develops ideas and implements creative content that includes but is not limited to digital ads, print ads, direct mail campaigns, internal communications, website content, email campaigns, social media posts, articles, videos,…
  • Ensures creative content meets, supports and communicates high-quality standards and the brand identity to position of the company as an industry leader while staying informed of current trending topics, new developments in marketing, and industry best practices.
  • Produces videos from conception to completion – live/action and animation.
  • Oversees the production of radio and television spots.
  • Helps bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using expertise and eye for great design.
  • Works with remote creative teammates to formulate and pitch concepts to clients.
  • Produces creative drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received.
  • Prior to production, reviews layouts for errors and ensures that final creative materials are flawless and reflect client and company specifications.
  • Ensures all creative materials are completed with high quality and on schedule.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing or related field
  • +3 years experience in the professional graphic design industry
  • Work experience in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing including Social Media Marketing
  • Demonstrated portfolio showing creative, design and software skills
  • Experience working for/in a financial institution environment preferred but non exclusive
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; extensive experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro & Final Cut Pro
  • Solid knowledge of design and visual principles
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
  • Time management skills, scrupulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills
  • Highly creative and an excellent graphic designer abd can also be process-driven, think scale and rely on data to make decisions
  • Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the customer’s needs and the company’s brand standards in mind
